1kkbd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1kkbd platform and all associated services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the platform.

1kkbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published on the website. The date of each new version will be noted at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and have been prepared with Bangladeshi players in mind. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the relevant authority shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 1kkbd, you must be at least 21 years of age. You may be required to provide a national identity card or other government-issued document for age verification. If a minor creates an account, that account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are opened under the same name, or via the same device, IP address, or household members, 1kkbd reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts. No balance will be refunded in such cases.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The information you provide when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any earned rewards. If any of your details change, notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact 1kkbd support immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1kkbd currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — a digital financial service operated by the postal department.
• Rocket — the mobile banking platform of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer through major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, and Dutch Bangla Bank.

Funds sent through any method not listed above will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal request:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal amount must be at least ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.

1kkbd reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct additional verification in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 1kkbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in any other currency are not accepted. Any costs related to currency conversion are the user's own responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

For new members, 1kkbd offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus is automatically credited based on the amount of the qualifying first deposit.

• Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: a ৳10,000 deposit earns a ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings. Bets placed on certain specific games may be excluded from wagering calculations or counted at a different rate.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are provided solely for legitimate recreational play. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements using gaming strategies.
• Deliberately reducing a balance by placing bets from a bonus balance.
• Transferring another person's bonus benefits to your own account.

5.1 Commitment to Fair Play

5.2 Technical Errors

Any rewards or balances displayed incorrectly due to a technical error are not valid. In such situations, 1kkbd reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited amounts. 5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback and additional benefits.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback and highest-priority service.

VIP tier upgrades and cashback payments are at the discretion of 1kkbd. Cashback amounts may change in accordance with platform rules.

7.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed, any existing bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be cancelled, and only the actual deposited funds will be returned.

7.2 Termination by the Platform

1kkbd may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• False identity or being underage.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Violation of applicable laws or financial crimes.

In the event of account termination, bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited.
